I am a father of 4 (3 girls and 1 boy). I love spending time with my kids. I’m a huge sports fan (diehard Dallas Cowboys and Los Angeles Lakers fan). In my spare time I enjoy watching movies, game nights, going to the gym, sports, family time, and escape rooms.I am currently studying to become certified as a personal training in an effort to continue to assist individuals with achieving a healthier lifestyle.

I aim to ensure you are in the best hands when you are with me through verbal and non-verbal feedback and ensure that when you are not in my hands you are properly educated and have self-help exercises/self-therapy to properly maintain your progress and wellbeing.
